Seven journalism students received recognition at CFISD’s High School Journalism Network Banquet on May 20th, for their skills in reporting and photography in school and district publications.
Diego Hernandez Zelaya was awarded third place for Best Fine Arts photo for his orchestra picture.
Yearbook students Angel Wilson, Daniela Benitez Marlasca, Diego Hernandez Zelaya, Yoanna Ochoa, Nathalia Maqueira Arias, Newspaper student Christiana Plair and journalism 1 student Jai’yanna Muhammad all received honors for their published photography.
